MPM HRMS comes with a feature that that allows for tracking the real time mobile location of employees when they are on duty. The employer can easily connect to the employee and assign work based on their accessibility from the nearest location. This feature increases the accountability and responsive of the field staff and makes sure that the customers are attended on time.
The Google mapping incorporated in the feature helps the employee to understand the geographical territory where their team mates are located. The travelling KMs of the employees are automatically calculated on this, which makes it easy to calculate their travelling expense claims.
